Orchard Creek Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation is a 22-bed facility offering intense short-term rehabilitation for residents that have experienced a medical problem that requires 24-hour skilled care or rehabilitation such as a stroke, heart attack, hip or knee replacement, accident or elective surgical procedures.

Our therapists work together with the nursing staff and physicians to help you reach your maximum potential as quickly as possible. Most insurances are accepted including Medicare, Medicare Advantage, Automobile, Workers Comp, Private, and Long-Term Care Insurance. Located 3.5 miles from Munson Medical Center and downtown Traverse City.

• 22 comfortable, home-like private rooms with television, telephone, and wireless internet service
• 24-hour licensed nurses
• Physical, occupational, and speech therapy
• Outpatient rehabilitation services are available
• On-site aquatic therapy pool
• High staff-to-resident ratio
• Short or long-term stays
• A full-time Life Enrichment Coordinator provides group and individual activities
