Cedar Creek Senior Apartments is a 49-unit independent living apartment complex with an indoor pool, exercise room, and daily activities. Apartments are equipped with all appliances.

We offer spacious 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments. The cost for a 1-bedroom is approximately $1735 - $1895 per month. The 2-bedroom apartments are approximately $2075 - $2400 per month, and the 3-bedroom apartments are approximately $2575 - $3000 per month. All utilities and association fees are included in the monthly rate.

A manager lives on premise to assist with emergencies, but no direct care is provided.

Who Would Be a Candidate for Residence?

• Someone who can live independently and care for themselves.
• Exhibits appropriate behavior and is not a danger to themselves, others, or the physical buildings or grounds, i.e., leaving the stove on, medications taken improperly, confused as to apartment location, wandering, unmanaged incontinence, driving unacceptably.
• Able to vacate their apartment and exit the building in the event of a fire or fire drill in an expedient manner.
• Maintains any pets in a satisfactory manner.
